Spotless room. Defintely I will take it as a motivation with respect to how they clean and maintain. Spotless. Spacious room, comfortable beds, not a great view for standard rooms but it will meet the expectation anyway. Bathroom had enough soaps and towels. 5-10 min walk from Luzern railway station. Train connectivity to anywhere in swiss is a plus. surroundings are beautiful and scenic. Location wise ok but I was overwhelmed by expectation when I was googling before I do the booking. Nearby thai restaurant are too good. wi-fi connectivity is good, free bus pass provided at reception during your stay for that zone. Ordered breakfast room service, which was on-time, appreciate it

Have you ever upgraded your room and come to check out five days later only to be told that your lake view room upgrade was all for free?! Will that’s exactly what they’ve done to us! From the moment we arrived at Radisson Blu we knew that we were too early to check in to our room. However the excellent staff at the reception desk ( I think his name was Shahid) did not make a fuss about our arrival time and without hesitation gave us the keys to our room. We had a great view of Lake Lucerne from our room. It was wonderful waking up to such beautiful scenery of the city. The waitresses at breakfast were so wonderful. My husband and I were running late for our tour one morning and we did not have much time to eat our breakfast so the waitress provided us with takeaway boxes/cutleries/coffee cups so we could have something to eat on our journey. Overall we truly had an excellent time at Radisson Blu and we will be back!

Perfect location for us within short walking distance from the railway station, the lake and the main shopping area, but still in a quiet area. We were upgraded on arrival to a lovely, large room on the top floor. The hotel is modern with attractive décor. The staff were professional and very helpful, Excellent breakfast. We ate in the hotel restaurant both evenings and enjoyed the Israeli themed food very much. Lucerne is beautiful and amongst other activities we had the opportunity to visit one of the most special art galleries we've ever visited Sammlung Rosengart.

This hotel was excellent. The location was perfect—walking distance from the train station, lake, and attractions but without the busyness or sounds, or crowds. If you want to swim in the lake, the beach is a 7-minute walk to the right of the hotel. We had a room with a lake view, and the sunrise was beautiful. The higher up the building, the more you will see of the lake. The beds were comfortable. The rooms have air conditioning and extra automatic lowering blinds, so if you want to make your room dark, you can. Very clean and modern. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you, Oscar, at the front desk, who welcome us on the first day. We will stay at this hotel again.

Room is great size, clean. Staff is very friendly. Checked-in was smooth even though we checked in very late. The front office gentlemen greet us with a smile and very accommodating. Breakfast has great options. Staff was friendly.

Unexpected upgrade from standard room to superior. You can go from the garage directly to the hotel elevators. Discount for parking if you are a hotel guest. Great location - everything you need is walking distance away. Room was very big and nicely equipped. Bed was comfortable.

staff were friendly and attentive. Especially at breakfast staff were very accommodating and even allowed me to take away breakfast in boxes when my wife and kids were not feeling well enough to go down at the restaurant. another bonus was late checkout without additional charges. the location couldn’t be better than this. just 5 minutes walk to train station and boat station to go to Mount Rigi.

Good location, near to lake, boat piers, bus station and main train station. Within 5 minutes to iconic chapel bridge, and to busy town centre. The rooms were clean, mattress was superb, size of room was spacious with amenities of a 4-star hotel.
